The company has extensive partnerships which provide technical and administrative resources. These relationships include phone system vendors, hardware providers, professional IT implementation and support services, and software developers.
The company was founded in 2007 by CEO Bob Hennessy, Founder and former President and CEO of Stratasoft, Inc. Bob has over 15 years of success delivering Call Center Technology, and over 25 years of experience in telephony and computer software.
Our President and CIO is Henry Wythe, former CIO of world wide manufacturing and distribution companies. Henry has over 12 years experience managing development and delivery of enterprise systems, after spending over 16 years building companies to market and implement accounting, transportation and manufacturing systems both directly and through a worldwide VAR network..
